Your content stays yours. Sweet Suite provides tools to create, schedule, and publish posts. You choose what to publish and where, and you are responsible for your content and compliance with applicable laws and each platform’s rules. Each platform makes its own moderation decisions. Sweet Suite is currently free to use.
This overview helps you navigate; the full terms below apply.
Welcome to Sweet Suite
These Terms of Service govern your use of Sweet Suite, operated by Syphervision, Inc. ("Sweet Suite," "we," "us," or "our"). Sweet Suite helps you create drafts, upload media, and schedule or publish content to supported social platforms. Our initial release is intended for users in the United States.
These terms apply when you create an account or use the service. If you use Sweet Suite for an organization, you confirm that you can act on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old to use Sweet Suite. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, your parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf. Connected social platforms may have their own minimum ages or additional age requirements, which you must also meet. Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details safe, and contact us if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
You can register with email or supported sign-in providers, including Google and Apple. You are responsible for the activity you authorize through your account and for keeping access to your sign-in method.
Connected platforms
You may connect supported Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, and Threads profiles that you own or are authorized to manage. Connecting an account authorizes Sweet Suite to use the permissions you grant to provide the features you request, including publishing on your behalf.
Each platform has its own terms, privacy practices, account requirements, and limits on publishing. We are not endorsed by those platforms. Features may change or become unavailable when a platform changes its service or permission to access your account ends or is removed.
Content review, validation against platform content rules, moderation, and decisions about acceptance, distribution, or removal are handled by the social platform receiving your post. It may reject or remove a post, limit its visibility, or restrict an account. Sweet Suite provides a posting service and does not control these decisions or guarantee that content will be accepted or remain available. Use the platform’s own process to appeal its moderation decisions.
You can disconnect a platform or remove Sweet Suite’s access in that platform’s settings. See Data Deletion for the difference between disconnecting a platform and deleting your Sweet Suite account.
Your content
You retain ownership of the text, images, videos, and other material you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, copy, process, format, and transmit that material only as needed to operate the service and carry out your instructions, including through our service providers and your selected platforms.
You are responsible for the content you submit, schedule, or authorize us to publish, including its accuracy, legality, and compliance with each destination platform’s terms, community standards, and applicable content policies. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions, including copyright permissions and permission to use another person’s image or personal information where required. If you manage an account for someone else, you must have their authorization; using Sweet Suite does not transfer your responsibilities to us.
Our tools help you prepare and deliver posts; they do not provide legal clearance or guarantee compliance with a platform’s rules. We perform technical checks needed to prepare and transmit a post, such as checking supported file formats, required fields, and each platform’s character and attachment limits. These checks do not constitute content moderation or approval. Storing, processing, or transmitting your content does not mean that we endorse it or approve it for publication.
This license ends when the content is removed from our systems, subject to the limited retention described in our Privacy Policy. Copies already published to other platforms are governed by those platforms. Sweet Suite’s software, branding, and design remain ours or our licensors’.
Acceptable use
Use Sweet Suite lawfully and respect other people. Do not:
- Publish unlawful, infringing, threatening, exploitative, or fraudulent material.
- Send spam, impersonate others, or manipulate engagement through abusive activity.
- Connect accounts without authorization or bypass platform restrictions.
- Attempt to access another user’s data, distribute malware, or interfere with the service’s security or availability.
We may restrict access or remove content from our service when reasonably necessary to address violations, protect users, or comply with law. Report abuse or intellectual property concerns to [email protected], with enough information to identify the material and your concern.
Scheduling & publishing
You choose what to post, which social accounts to use, and when to publish. Publishing at that exact time is not guaranteed. Connection problems, platform limits, expired access to your social account, or other errors may delay or prevent publishing. A post may appear on some of your chosen accounts but fail on others.
Check where a post has appeared before trying again to avoid duplicates. Editing or canceling it in Sweet Suite may not stop a post already sent to a platform for publishing.
Keep your own copies of important content. Removing a post or account from Sweet Suite does not automatically remove content already published elsewhere.
Pricing
Sweet Suite is currently free, with no paid subscriptions. If we introduce paid plans, your free account will not become a paid subscription without your separate, affirmative purchase. Before purchase, we will show the price, billing period, renewal terms, cancellation process, and applicable refund terms.
We may change which features are free and will communicate material changes before they take effect where required by law.
Leaving Sweet Suite
You may stop using Sweet Suite at any time and request deletion using our deletion instructions. Disconnect platforms and cancel pending posts before deleting your account where possible; requests already submitted to a platform may still complete.
We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risks, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the service. Where reasonably possible and legally permitted, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
Terms that by their nature must continue, including ownership, responsibility for prior activity, and dispute provisions, survive termination.
Availability & responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free publishing, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee audience reach, engagement, or availability of any third-party platform.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for violations arising from content you provide or authorize for publication, or for independent moderation decisions made by third-party platforms. This does not excuse our own unlawful conduct or remove any legal obligations that apply to us.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits or opportunities, arising from use of the service. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence where applicable, or limit mandatory consumer rights.
Governing law & disputes
Please contact [email protected] first so we can try to resolve a concern. These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING_STATE_AND_COUNTRY], subject to mandatory protections that apply to you. Unless applicable law provides otherwise, disputes may be brought in [COURTS_AND_LOCATION].
These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will provide notice of material changes through the app or by email before they take effect where required. Changes will not retroactively alter rights that already arose.
