Creating an account, connecting a social profile, and publishing a post each involve different information. Here’s how it fits together.

Who we are
Syphervision, Inc. operates Sweet Suite. This policy covers personal information handled through our app, website, and related support. The initial release is intended for the United States.
This policy does not govern the independent practices of Google, Apple, Meta, or other services you use. Their privacy policies also apply when you sign in through them or publish to their platforms.
Information we collect
We receive information directly from you, from the sign-in and social platforms you authorize, and automatically when the service operates.
Access tokens let the app access an account with permission; refresh tokens let it renew that access. These are different from the confirmation or password-reset codes sent by email.
- Account & sign-in
- Email address, first and last name when provided, email-confirmation and password-reset records, access and refresh tokens for Sweet Suite, and dates when your account is created or updated. For email sign-in, we store a value calculated from your password to check it when you sign in, rather than the password itself. Google or Apple sign-in provides an account ID and available profile information, such as email and name. We do not receive your Google or Apple password.
- Connected social accounts
- Account or Page IDs and usernames, access tokens supplied by the platform, available refresh tokens, and when access expires. For Facebook, we retrieve Pages you can manage so you can choose where to post. We use your permissions to connect the accounts you choose and publish the content you request.
- Content & publishing
- Drafts, captions, links, images, videos, and details about uploaded files, such as their type and size. We also keep your chosen social accounts, scheduled times, published post IDs and links, and records of whether publishing succeeded or failed.
- Notifications & devices
- In-app notifications about publishing results and social account connections, including their creation times and whether you have read them. When the app registers a device for push notifications, we store its Firebase Cloud Messaging registration token, installation identifier, platform (iOS or Android), and device name if provided, linked to your account.
- App activity & support
- When the app communicates with our servers, your IP address (the internet address used by your connection) and technical request details, such as the requested address and time; records of errors; and information you choose to send to support. Please do not send passwords, access tokens, or refresh tokens.
You do not have to connect every supported platform. Without the information or permissions needed for a feature, we may not be able to provide it.
How we use information
- Create your account, check your identity when you sign in, confirm your email, and help you reset your password.
- Connect accounts you authorize and store, schedule, and deliver your content.
- Show publication results and investigate failed or delayed posts.
- Show in-app notifications, send push notifications about publishing results and social account connections, send other service communications, and respond to support or privacy requests.
- Protect accounts, investigate misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations.
The current free offering does not require subscription payment information.
When information is shared
Platforms you choose. We send content and the information needed to publish it to the destinations you select. Published content may be visible to others according to your platform settings. Each social platform handles content review, validation against its content rules, moderation, and decisions about acceptance, distribution, or removal under its own terms and policies. Sweet Suite provides the tools to prepare and transmit your posts; our technical publishing checks do not constitute content moderation or approval.
Providers that help us run Sweet Suite. We use service providers to run the app and store account information, store uploaded photos and videos, send push notifications, and send account-related emails such as confirmation and password-reset messages. These providers process the information needed to perform those tasks.
Push delivery. We use Google’s Firebase Cloud Messaging for both iOS and Android. To deliver a push notification, we send Google the device’s push token, the notification title and text, its type and level, the unread count, and the notification ID and related post or social connection ID when present. For iOS, delivery also uses Apple’s push notification service. See Firebase’s privacy information for details about its handling of information.
Legal and business circumstances. Information may be disclosed when legally required, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or transfer of the service, subject to applicable safeguards and notice requirements.
Sale of personal information. We do not sell your personal information.
App access & permissions
Sweet Suite is available as an Android and iOS app. Our servers use access and refresh tokens to check requests from the app and renew sign-in sessions.
When you sign in or connect a social account through another service, that service may use cookies or similar technologies during the authorization process. Its own privacy policy applies to that activity.
Public information pages. We do not add cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers to our Terms, Privacy Policy, or Data Deletion pages. Our servers log technical request information, including IP addresses, requested URLs, and timestamps. These pages do not change their behavior in response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals.
You can manage app permissions in your device settings and Sweet Suite’s access in your social account settings. Removing permissions needed for a feature may prevent it from working.
How long we keep data
Retention depends on the type of information and why it is needed:
- Account information, drafts, media, and in-app notifications: kept until you delete them or your account.
- Unfinished email sign-ups: if you request a confirmation code but do not finish creating your account, the email address and sign-up record are kept until you finish signing up or ask us to delete them at [email protected].
- Social account access and refresh tokens: used while an account is connected. Disconnecting it removes the tokens saved with that connection from our application database. The account or Page ID, username, and publishing history for that connection are kept until you delete your Sweet Suite account. Backup copies follow the schedule below.
- App activity and security records: runtime and crash logs are handled through our hosting provider’s standard logging service for troubleshooting and security. We do not forward these logs to a separate log archive. Records of failed background tasks are stored separately in our database until removed through retry processing or manual deletion.
- Database backups kept to restore data: database backups are created daily and retained for seven days. Deleted database records may remain in these backups until the backups expire. Uploaded photos and videos are stored separately and are not included in these database backups. We do not maintain separate backup copies of uploaded photos or videos.
Our active systems are the systems that run the service and store its current data, excluding backups. Removing account information and uploaded files from our active systems works as follows: Account records are deleted from our application database when the deletion is processed. Uploaded files are then queued for removal from file storage by an automated background process. App activity records and backup copies follow the retention practices described above. Limited information may need to be kept to comply with law, resolve disputes, or protect against abuse. Where applicable, we will explain what must be kept and why when responding to your request.
See Data Deletion for instructions and the treatment of content already shared to other platforms.
Your choices & rights
You can update available profile information in the app, disconnect social accounts, and request account deletion.
You can disable push notifications in your device settings. Deleting your Sweet Suite account also removes its push device registrations from our application database; backup copies follow the retention practices described above.
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access your personal information, receive a portable copy, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, limit certain uses or disclosures, or appeal a decision about your request. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
For privacy questions, requests, or appeals, contact [email protected] and explain what you need. Before providing account information or making changes, we will verify your identity as appropriate to the request. If someone acts on your behalf, we may also verify their authority. We ask only for information reasonably needed for verification; never send your password. We respond to privacy requests within the time limits required by applicable law.
California residents may have rights under the CCPA if it applies to the business and processing involved.
How & where we protect your data
How we protect your information: connections to Sweet Suite use HTTPS; passwords are stored only as one-way hashes, and email verification and password-reset codes are saved to your account record only as one-way hashes; Sweet Suite access tokens expire after one hour and verification codes after 15 minutes; and we filter passwords, tokens, and verification codes from request logs and do not log the contents of email delivery jobs. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your sign-in details safe and contact us promptly if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
Our application servers, databases, and file storage are hosted in the United States. Providers and connected platforms may process information in other locations under their own policies.
Children’s privacy
Sweet Suite is for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. Connected social platforms may have their own minimum ages or additional age requirements, which you must also meet. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact [email protected] so we can investigate and take appropriate steps to remove it.
Policy updates
We may update this policy as the service evolves. For material changes, we will provide notice through the app or by email as appropriate and obtain consent where required before using information in a materially different way.
